- Stain over the kitchen, spreading. Two roofers had said the roof was done.
- What we found
- A single cracked tile on the chimney cricket, eight feet uphill of where the stain showed. Water was tracking along a rafter before it dropped.

- Replaced the cracked unit, re-flashed the cricket, sealed and photographed.
An eleven-year-old roof with one fault is a repair. We said so and left.
