Gutters & drainage.
A new roof that drains into a blocked gutter is a new roof with an old problem. Where the water goes matters as much as what it runs off.

- Where
- Chatsworth, Andora Ave
- Roof
- 2,400 sq ft hip, heavy oak cover
- Why they called
- Water pooling against the foundation on the north side every winter.
- What we found
- 5-inch gutter on a run draining 1,400 sq ft — about half the capacity it needed. Two downspouts both discharging four feet from the wall.
- What we did
- 6-inch seamless formed on site, hidden hangers at 24 inches, four downspouts piped to daylight at the property line. Twelve feet of fascia replaced.
No leaf guard. Under those oaks it would have needed clearing more often than the gutter does.
What is actually included
Every one of these is in the written price. None of it is an extra.
Before you call
It depends on the roof area feeding the run and the pitch, not on preference. We measure and tell you. Most Valley homes are fine on 5-inch; large or steep roofs are not.
Under heavy tree cover, yes. On an open lot they mostly move the cleaning problem rather than solving it, and we will say so.
Yes. It is a common standalone job.
Around twenty standard aluminium finishes, and we can colour-match fascia. Samples on site at the measure.
